Will i have loose skin?

i am 14 and is 5 feet 2 i weight 160 if i lose 50 pound will i have loose skin?

Will i have loose skin?
not if your dieting and exercising. Exercise will tighten the skin if its lipo suctiong or something like that then most likely
Reply:You might, and you might not. It all depends on your genetics. But you're very young, so chances are you won't have any loose skin.


Good luck, and remember, crash dieting is BAD. Eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Reply:You have to do steady exercise to keep your skin tight when losing weight. Just make sure when you exercise you dedicate at least an hour for every 4 hours of cardio workouts to weight training. Keep it light weight so you can do lots of reps but make sure you are really feeling it after 12-16 reps because if it is too light the exercise will do nothing for you. Mixing up the cardio and weight training sessions will give you a really toned look and keep your skin from hanging if done right.

Reply:if you lose weight very rapidly you will have loose skin yes, but keeping a high level of hydration and exercising will help tighten that skin up
Reply:yeah, if you lose it fast but it you tone and build muscle it shouldn't be bad at all.
Reply:If you do it abruptly, most probably you will have loose skin. But if you do it gradually there's no trace of it.
