I want to loose 45lbs. will i get loose sagging skin?

im 27 and 6ft i have a rugby player build and im 230lbs i want to have a more lean body and get my weight down to about 185lbs ive lost 11lbs in 1 week on my diet so im 219lbs now but im now concerned about getting loose skin around my belly once im down... will this happen or am i paranoid...ive noticed people who loose over 100lbs nearlly always have loose skin... but i just want to loose 45lbs....does the age of my skin or me for that matter make a differnce. please advise.

most likely, yes. losing that much weight quickly will make you have saggy skin, but that can be toned with proper exercising. its nothing to worry about.
Reply:Don't worry, you're young. Your skin is still young enough to shrink with you. It won't be instantaneous, though.
Reply:I'm no expert, but I think that if you lose weight too quickly you'd get saggy skin. Is losing 11 pounds in one week healthy? Doesn't sound like it to me. Slowly, my friend, slowly.

Black coffee/tea, 4oz cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers.





DINNER


2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ½ banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.





DAY 3


BREAKFAST


Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.





LUNCH


Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.





DINNER


4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
