Loose skin? PLEASE PLZ HELP?

which is better for loose skin, cocoa butter or collagen firming lotions?


i'm 19 btw

Exercise, and a good diet.. and, it depends where the loose skin is at.


collagen firming lotions aren't a compete fix it.. they do help some.. and cocoa butter.. shea butter is great.
Reply:Loose skin where? Weight lifting will fill the muscle out under it and it won't be loose anymore.

Actives that will help with collagen synthesis and structure (prevent glycation, prevent breakdown by proteases):

Reply:cocoa butter is for the complexion of the skin not the elasticity of it. Collagen forming lotions would be better in theory. However, I dont know of any that truly work. Exrecising and increasing muscle mass will tighten up the skin.


Also, zinc is known to promote the integrity of the skins complexion.
