How to remove loose skin around belly?

I have lost some weight since i was a teenager, so for years by now i have been slim and i have rather sporty figure, but still have some loose skin, especially around my belly and some parts of legs. It doesn't look bad, it looks ok, but i hate when my stomach wobbles quite a lot when i do belly dance, it doesn't look attractive. The amount of loose skin is not huge (i lost less then 2 stones, so not much), but still the skin is quite loose. What could i do about it? I enjoy going in for sport, but may be i just don't do enough? May be some specific diet or some particular type of sport? or anything else?

Specific exercises that work the abs like tummy crunches, back-ups and leg lifts are good for this area, but to be honest it is something you need to work into your lifestyle and not just a now and again type of exercise.


Any exercises that move the legs towards the torso are good for you.


Pair up these exercises with a good all-round exercise like dancing and you should notice a difference.


I also do two weekly Taekwondo lessons which is a great all round exercise as well.





I have had three kids and also had this problem post-pregnancy


and found this to be the best solution to this.
