Loose skin and flab?
Here is a really informative site:

I have the same problem. I lost 37 lbs in the last 6 months and have loose skin on my upper arms and thighs. I lost it too fast for my body to adjust. Unfortunately, I have age against me. Since you are young and your skin is young, you should be able to get some lean body mass back. Strength exercises will help you. You need to build muscle that was lost along with your weight loss. Eating right will play a big part in it. You may so gain a few pounds, because you are gaining muscle.

It is sad that in our losing weight we get this problem. I have to go about it very slowly, but I will never have a body of a younger person again. I am 50 years old and not very athletic.

Good luck to you!
Reply:Did you have Gastric Bypass?? Losing weight rapidly will cause you skin not to retract fast enough to its previous state. If this skin is loose, it may require surgery to remove it.
Reply:the loose skin wont won't away unless you get it surgically removed. this is expensive, but its worth looking good. but i recommend you get this operation after you loose more weight until you get to your goal weight. this way you wont get more loose skin after you have the surgery.
