Loosing 100 lbs and having loose skin?

Hello, i am a 20 yr old male, i have been slightly overweight since i was 15. Ever since i was 18 i began to gain alot of weight. I have decided that it is time to do something since i reached an all time high weight of 290 lbs. I have started running everyday and doing aerobics routines daily as well. I am wondering, the doctors say that i need to get down to the 190 area, but i am worried that losing all that weight is going to leave me with excess skin. I have lotion for skin firmness and toning which i use and i am taking Omega 3 fish oil pills for my skin. Has anyone had any experience with this or does any one think that i will have a chance not having the loose skin? Any help would be appreciated.

If your skin doesn't firm up after 6-12 months after attaining your target weight, you might consider plastic surgery.
Reply:As you lose weight also start weight training for tone, sometimes when u lose weight too fast especially when not exercising you may have the excess skin problem but you are working out so you may not encounter that,Good luck
Reply:I went from 290 down to 185 and did not have loose skin. I did not lose alot of weight at any time, just a steady rate but, the key thing was regular exercise and a healthy diet. no gimmicks, no tricks, no starving.
Reply:Keep your skin oiled ever day. This may sound crazy but but I had two babys alot of weight both times and not one mark. I think it has a lot to do with the way peoples skin is in the frist place. You may not have no problem at all. If you do in time it should take care of its self.
Reply:Pills and othere things will have a side effects some time. But if you could spare some time like 60 minutes daily you can do so with ease. Just visit http://looseyourweight.info tolearn more
