Stretch Marks and Loose Skin after C-Section?

I had an emergency C-Section almost 5 months ago (incision is still horizontal, though). In 5 months, I dropped 75 lbs. so now my abs are a loose skin/stretch mark mess! Is there any way to tighten skin after losing that much weight or do I pretty much have to just deal with the loose skin (I will not have surgery to fix it)? Thanks for your answers.

I have a good amount of weight to lose myself and I have read online that drinking a lot of water helps keep the elasticity of your skin so it will tighten as weight is lost. It was suggested to drink at least 100 oz of water a day or more. About a year ago I lost a lot of weight and was drinking a lot of water and my skin was "shrinking" along with my weightloss.
Reply:Drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, and moisturize the area with a GOOD lotion at least twice a day.
Reply:Bio oil is very good to get rid of stretch marks %26amp; makes a gr8 moisturizer!! it's very cheap too %26amp; lasts a long time! Use a couple of times daily. It's done wonders for me!

Try doing stomach exercises like sit ups or crunches. This will help tone %26amp; tighten your stomach as it builds muscle.

If it's really a LOT of loose skin it probably isn't possible to get rid of it completely without surgery.
Reply:Massaging on the stretch marks serves as an excellent home remedy for stretch marks removal. You can either use olive oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil for the purpose of massage. Check out http://useinfo-stretchmarks.blogspot.com... for more useful info.
