Check into donating the skin to burn victims. The receiving charity may pay for the removal, since you will be donating the skin to their patients.
Reply:I am not aware of any insurance loophole for removal of loose skin. A surgery to remove loose skin would be under the heading of "cosmetic" surgery.

If you could somehow prove that having that loose skin is a tangible, omnipresent threat to your long-term health, then you may be able to finagle your insurance to pay for the surgery. Proceed with caution, however, as I'm not sure whether or not this constitutes insurance fraud.
