Can losing even more weight help lose loose skin?

I'm 5'9 19 years old and weighing 130 lbs I have a bit of loose skin cuz I used to weigh 190 since I was 10-12. So I lost all that weight by diet only. I joined a gym recently and ahve been running 4 miles 5x a week and weight lifting 3x a week. I ask because I think I lost a few more lbs and I'm seeing the loose skin kinda change. Do you think if I lose some more it will go away completely??

i think the exercise will help with tightening your skin... also try using moisturizers that are made for skin tightening

Reply:ur still young give it time and no your skin wont tighten if you lose more weight there are special lotions that are soppsed to help btw congrats on losing the wieght

Reply:No but since you're young ...exercise should tighten up the skin. It may take a while but it will work. Lift weights etc.
Reply:No you'll get even more loose skin. Try doing pilates, it helps strengthen your muscles and firm up your body.





Don't lose too much weight its not good for you
